By using this website or booking services through The Greek Way, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Services advertised on this website may be provided by different independent businesses or sole traders.
When you book a service, your contract is formed directly with the specific business providing that service, not with The Greek Way platform itself unless explicitly stated.
Each independent business is solely responsible for:

Deposits are required to secure event dates and services.
All deposits are non-refundable, as they secure availability, scheduling, preparation time, and refusal of other bookings.
If a booking is cancelled by the client for any reason, the deposit remains payable and non-refundable.
Remaining balance payment terms and deadlines will be confirmed by the independent service provider responsible for the booking.
Failure to pay balances on time may result in cancellation of services.
Cancellation and amendment policies are determined by the individual service provider responsible for your booking.

Where food or catering at an event is provided partly by The Greek Way (or its independent service providers) and partly by:
all food items not prepared and supplied directly by The Greek Way provider remain the sole responsibility of their respective supplier.
The Greek Way and its independent providers accept no responsibility or liability for any third-party or externally supplied food, including but not limited to:
This applies even where third-party food is:
Responsibility remains solely with the party supplying or preparing that food.
The Greek Way providers are responsible only for the food items they have prepared and supplied directly.
Where food is supplied by an independent provider within The Greek Way family group, clients must inform the provider in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.
Where food is supplied by third parties, responsibility for allergen safety remains with that supplier.
The Greek Way and its independent catering providers operate in accordance with the UK Food Standards Agency Safer Food Better Business (SFBB) food safety management system.
All food handlers and catering staff hold a minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety certification (or higher), appropriate to their role.
All relevant staff have completed allergen awareness and allergen management training, and allergen control procedures are implemented in line with UK food safety guidance.

Where food is supplied by third parties, responsibility for food safety management and allergen control remains solely with that supplier.
The Greek Way and its independent providers are not responsible for:

The cost of repair or replacement may be charged to the client.
